Global Options

Global Options

In peach tree we have to maintain the global options
first of all in the peach tree we have to click on the options and select the first option which is global option
after clicking it there would be meantain global options infront of you and there are four options
accounting
general
peachtree partners
spellings


click the Accounting first the following screen will be appear

there is a decimal entry which have two options automatic and mannual
select the automatic option and then select the number of decimal spaces and then press ok button


then you  have recieve  other options where you have to chose the first options then press ok 

After this you have to choose the General button where you have again given the two options which suites you best or what the reference or for what u are waorking just select that and then press ok uif you have decided it to go for first option


Now there is sale data entry , here if u wanna do that the automatic sales entry should be there soo you have to click on first option which is about automatic then press ok if u are satisfied in it.


Now you have to choose color schemes so there are many options given to u and u have to select which suites you , what u like and what is the best color sceme of you so select what to want to then press ok button

Now there is turn of peach tree partners when you click this option there are three other options which are high , low , medium soo choose the best which fits you soo if you choose the second option its on you but choose what is the best option for you and then press ok

Now at the last option spellings, peach tree spell check soo firstly choose dictionery language and the read all options and choose the best and good which u like or want

how to record payment in peach tree?
we have to record the payments in peach tree

for the payments in peach tree first of all we have to click on the task then then click on the payments and the screen is infront of the computer is of payments 

this is the payment screen , and in it very first we have to enter vendor id:
then the check number for which the payment has been made
date for sure , its an important part then ammount in figures 
then fill the left side of payment and cash current balance
Then on the right side pay to the order number of..............................its compulsory and the other personal information if required
Then fill the coloumns like quantity , no of items for which you are going to make your payments and items like chair , table etc its number have to enter  then per unit price u have entered and then finally total amount is infront of you which you have to pay

After this the following screen is in front of your system when you have entered all the data

If u entered new account for payment then you have to go to the back to the chart of accounts for this purpose and enter the data like 710 purchase order then move back to payment account and make payments
if you have done following screen will appear



Maintain Vendor Credit Memo

Maintain Vendor Credit Memo  

The vendor credit memo in peachtree is also mentain jut like others account so for the vendor credit memo click on the task first and the find the otion in task about vendor credit memo , its a memo to enter information about vendor credit so click on the vendor credit memo and a screen will be opened infront of you that is of vendor credit memo



The following screen is of Vendor credit memo in front of u , its about vendor so you have to enter the vendor id on the vendor credit memo then the date which is very compulsory then the order no which u have , you have to enter that order number on it .
also item class, reference , and account payable 



In the credit memo you have to first of all enter its quantity in numbers  the the item class like Ali furniture and descripition like chairs , tables , cement etc......
then its unit price, unit price the price of per item and finall the whole amount on the behalf of its qunatity which you have to entered

Maintain sales quotation and sales order

first of all for the maintan quotes and sales order witch both are related to sales and you have to do is click on task and click on the first option quotes /sales orders there is further two options click quotes first

The following Screen is  in front of you is sales quotes.................
here, firstly u have to enter customer id for the quotes the second most importantly date then good thru is entering date excceds origional date then the quote no ; which is also very important to enter because to work on sale order it is very important soo thats why we have enter
then other personal information is also going to be filled like ship to Adress
Name, other personal data and information.......



then you have to enter quantity , iten class , description , unit price of the item , tax , amount and job .if required
Now in this quotes , you have to click on convert button .......

the following convert quote is following will appear on your screen on computer
there are three options given and you have to select third option which is sales order because u have access on sales order
sooo click sales order and SO: give by ur own the sale order 


After this press ok button


The following screen will appear on the screen finally ...........

Peachtree - General Journal Entry

In peach tree entries are also going to be do , the debit and ceridet terms soo for the adjustment of enteries
for enteries you hav go to the task to perform soo  click on the task and then click General Journal Entry..


When you click general journal entry following window will appear on the screen 
here recipets description and then debit and cerideit

at the star enter date , reference number and all nessesary documents 


 After that we will do theadjustment entries. the is purpose we will first add the relevant account of that entry and then we will write the amount whether its credit or debit.
At the last we click on the save button to save the work




Assemblies




Assemblies
Assembies are made for the addition of the items if we have to buy some more items there is way to enter it so we made assemblies for this purpose first of all click on the task and on the third last option there is word written assemblies , click on it thefollowing screen will apper on the screen
                       

After click on assemblies following window will appaer on the screen this is short screen of Assemblies



The first option is Item id : soo search the item id suppose chairs then name of that item id
then date :
then refernence no : like 2344
then quanitity of build : like 12
reason to build : sale purpose

prepare credit memo and sales return

Credit Memos…...
credit memos are used when goods are bought and if some goods due to damage return or any other issue returend to seller we make credit memo soo here are on peach tree we will show u what is the process of credit memo and the diagrams show u how it works it works efficiently or not you will see it in detail about credit memo.....   

on the above figure first of fall click on the task because it is a taskthen there is aa list of names came infront of your screen where you have to select the credit memo , if you click credit memo the foloowing screen will apperar on ur computer and see the options which it requires



there is aa spread  sheet type document is opened this is credit memo , firstly on this credit memo you have to enter costomer id which u have made on costomer prospects 
the date u have to enter and also its order number
then u have to enter customer id , item which the entry u have to make the sales price then price the items which u have sold and then returs , the items which u have to return
then on the first coloumn write  quantity item , despritiond unit price its price of per item then tax if any then total amount then finally cloumn job which is not nessary








now in this figure all processed ammounts and data all are processed now keep look in it becuase it full all the requirements 



the option which is in circle in circle which is written that NO INVOICE SELECTED  click it and slecte the option other 



now finally your work proceeds........
